Your first treatment after 3 payments
Your first included treatment is available once 3 monthly payments have been made. The rest become available as your payments cover them.
Book with nothing to pay
Book online with the email you joined with. Included treatments are confirmed straight away, with no deposit.
Good to know
- Your card is charged once a month for the length of your membership, and payments stop automatically at the end of the term. Treatments you've paid for stay bookable for 3 months after that.
- Want a treatment before it's available? Pay the difference between its full price and what you've paid so far, at the clinic, and it counts as one of your included treatments.
- If you stop paying, what you've paid, less the full price of any treatments you've had, comes off full-price treatments for 12 months after your last payment.
- You can cancel within 14 days of joining without giving a reason — just contact the clinic, and we'll refund what you've paid to the card you used within 14 days. If you've had a treatment in that time at your request, you'll pay for it.
- After the first 14 days, memberships can't be cancelled online. If your circumstances change, please speak to the clinic.
- Every included treatment is still subject to your practitioner's assessment that it's right for you.
