We offer all lip techniques, including Russian and classic styles, chosen around the shape you already have and the result you want. Our approach is balance rather than volume: lips that suit the rest of your face, assessed with the same Golden Symmetry™ method we use everywhere else.
One thing worth knowing before you book: 0.5ml treatments are charged at the same price as 1ml. If you only want a small amount, you are not paying less for it, and we would rather you knew that from this page than at the till.

What to Expect
Consultation
We assess your lips and facial proportions, agree the technique and the result, and complete a medical and treatment consultation form.
Treatment
A 30-minute appointment. Filler is placed to the plan agreed with you.
Results
Visible straight away, settling over the following two weeks as any swelling resolves.

Written by our practitioners. Your consultation covers all of this in person, and you’ll leave with it in writing.
Before Your Appointment
Before Your Dermal Filler Appointment
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before treatment where possible to reduce bruising.
Avoid strenuous exercise immediately before your appointment.
Arrive with clean skin and minimal makeup where possible.
Do not stop prescribed medication unless advised by your healthcare professional.
Tell us about all medications, supplements, allergies and medical conditions.
Let us know if you are unwell, have an active infection or skin irritation, or have recently had dental work or other facial treatments.
Plan treatment at least 2 weeks before an important event, allowing time for swelling or bruising to settle.
A full consultation will be completed before treatment to ensure dermal filler is safe and suitable for you.
Aftercare
Dermal Filler Aftercare
Avoid touching, rubbing or applying pressure to the treated area for 24 hours.
Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, saunas, steam rooms and excessive heat for 24–48 hours.
Avoid makeup for several hours where possible.
Mild swelling, tenderness, redness and bruising are common and should gradually settle.
Avoid facial treatments or massage around the area for 2 weeks, unless advised otherwise.
Follow any specific aftercare instructions provided by your practitioner.
Contact the clinic promptly if you experience increasing or severe pain, unusual skin colour changes, significant swelling or any concerns.
Seek urgent medical attention for any changes to your vision or other severe/unexpected symptoms.
When This Treatment Isn't Suitable
Dermal filler may not be suitable if you:
Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Have an active infection, inflammation or broken skin in the treatment area.
Are currently unwell or have a significant active infection.
Have certain allergies, medical conditions or previous reactions to dermal fillers.
Are taking medications that may affect treatment suitability.
Have recently undergone certain dental or facial procedures.
A full consultation and medical assessment will be completed before treatment to ensure dermal filler is safe and appropriate for you.

What is the difference between Russian and classic?
They are different placement techniques giving different shapes — Russian tends to give more height, classic more body. We will recommend which suits your lips at consultation.
Will they look obvious?
Not if we do our job. We assess lips against the rest of your face and would rather do less than more.
How long does it last?
Typically several months, varying from person to person. We will give you a realistic expectation.
Where are you based?
Our clinic is in the centre of Lichfield, easily reached from Sutton Coldfield, Four Oaks, Mere Green and Little Aston.
Why treat the temples at all?
Hollowing at the temples happens naturally with age and volume loss, and it is one of the areas people rarely think of but often notice once it is pointed out. Restoring it softens the upper face and can make the whole face look more balanced.
Will it look obvious?
Not if it is done properly. Temple work is usually one of the more subtle treatments — people tend to notice you look refreshed without identifying why.
Is it reversible?
We use hyaluronic-acid based fillers, which can be dissolved. We also offer dermal filler dissolving as a separate treatment.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. A full medical and treatment consultation is completed and you must be 18 or over.
