The peel and the LED are chosen for your skin rather than fixed, which matters with pigmentation — the wrong strength on the wrong skin type can make pigmentation worse rather than better. That assessment is why the consultation comes first.

Arrive with clean skin and minimal makeup where possible.
Avoid strong exfoliants, retinoids or active skincare for 2–3 days beforehand, if appropriate for your skin.
Avoid excessive sun exposure and tanning before your appointment.
Let us know about any allergies, medications, skin conditions or recent treatments.
Tell us if your skin is currently irritated, broken, sunburnt or experiencing an active flare-up.

Your skin will be assessed before treatment to ensure your facial is personalised to your individual needs and goals.
Facial Aftercare
Keep your skincare gentle and hydrating following treatment.
Avoid retinoids, exfoliants and strong active ingredients for 2–3 days, or as advised.
Avoid excessive heat, saunas and strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
Wear SPF daily and avoid excessive sun exposure.
Avoid touching or picking the skin.
Follow your personalised skincare recommendations for the best results.
Mild redness or sensitivity can be normal following some facial treatments and should settle quickly.
Facial treatments may need to be postponed or adapted if you:
Have an active skin infection, cold sore, open wound or severe irritation.
Have sunburn or significantly compromised skin.
Are experiencing an active flare-up of certain skin conditions.
Have recently undergone certain aesthetic, laser or resurfacing treatments.
Have allergies, medical conditions or take medications that may affect treatment suitability.
