It does not fill a hollow and it does not lighten a shadow caused by volume loss — for those, tear trough filler or polynucleotides are the relevant treatments, and part of the consultation is working out which of the three your under-eye actually needs.

Keep the skin clean, hydrated and protected as advised.
Avoid picking, peeling, rubbing or exfoliating the treated skin.
Avoid makeup, active skincare, strenuous exercise, swimming, saunas and excessive heat until advised.
Expect redness, swelling, dryness and peeling during the healing process.
Avoid direct sun exposure and use high-protection SPF 50 daily once appropriate.
Follow your practitioner’s recommended post-treatment skincare carefully.
Contact the clinic promptly if you experience increasing pain, blistering, signs of infection or unexpected skin changes.
